two beasts

The two beasts fell through the straw-hatched roof and onto the floor of the council room. A mild uproar occured as dozens of councilmen scurried away from the two intruders. The lead councilman, Lord Phillius, drew his sword and pointed it at the beasts, resulting in a small scream from some of the more cowardly councilmen.
